Yes. Factory Direct is an adult-use dispensary, so everyone buying cannabis needs to be 21 or older with a valid photo ID. We check ID every time, even if you were in yesterday. The glass and smoke shop side follows the same 21+ rule.

Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID that shows your date of birth. A current driver's license or state ID card is the easy choice, and out-of-state IDs, including Texas, are fine. If all you have is something else, like a passport, call us at (575) 935-4270 before you make the trip.

No. New Mexico allows adult-use sales, so any adult 21+ with ID can buy without a medical card. A card only matters if you're enrolled in the state's Medical Cannabis Program and want the medical tax break.

We're at 321 W 7th St, Clovis, NM 88101, downtown and a few blocks west of Main Street. Hours are 8am to 10pm Monday through Saturday and 10am to 8pm on Sunday. A lot of Clovis dispensaries close around 8pm, so we're a late option six nights a week. Directions are on the visit page.

The state limit per purchase is 2 ounces of cannabis flower, 16 grams of concentrate, and 800 mg of THC in edibles. Those are also the most you can carry outside your home. Yes. Any adult 21 or older can buy from a licensed New Mexico dispensary, and you don't have to be a resident. Bring your valid photo ID. Just know the cannabis has to stay in New Mexico. If you're driving over from Texas, read visiting Clovis from Texas first.

Two taxes stack up. New Mexico's cannabis excise tax is 14% from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, and it goes up one point every July 1 until it reaches 18% in 2030. Gross receipts tax is added on top at the local rate. Your cart shows an estimate, and the final tax is calculated at the register when you pay.

Under state rules, patients enrolled in New Mexico's Medical Cannabis Program don't pay cannabis tax on medical purchases, up to the program's limit of 15 ounces (425 units) every 90 days. Anything over that is taxed as an adult-use sale. Ask at the counter how medical purchases work here before you check out.

Yes. Build your order on the online menu, pick a pickup time, and place it. You don't pay online. You pay in store when you pick up. Guests can check out without an account, though a free account lets you earn rewards points.

Pickup runs in 15-minute windows. The earliest window is usually about 20 minutes after you order, and you can book today or one of the next open days. The last window of the night is 15 minutes before close.

Your photo ID, matching the name on the order. Have your order number handy too. We'll check your ID, ring you up, and hand it over.

Plan on the person whose name is on the order picking it up, since we check that their ID matches. If someone else needs to grab it, call us at (575) 935-4270 first and we'll tell you what works.

Yes. Pickup orders placed while you're signed in earn points automatically once you pick up. If you shop at the counter without ordering ahead, tell the budtender you're a member and they can add the points to your account.

Both. Factory Direct is a dispensary and a head shop in one store, so you can grab flower and a new piece in the same trip. We stock glass pipes and bongs, dab rigs, batteries and devices, and papers and accessories.

On private property, with the owner's OK. Using cannabis in public is illegal in New Mexico, and smoking in public carries a $50 fine. Streets, sidewalks and parks all count as public. Many hotels and rentals ban smoking too, so check the rules where you're staying.

No. Roads and highways count as public places, so using it in a vehicle is off limits, and driving impaired is illegal. Keep your purchase sealed in its original packaging for the ride home, and only drive sober.

No. Cannabis bought in New Mexico has to stay in New Mexico. Carrying it across a state line breaks federal law, and possession is illegal in Texas. Plan to enjoy it here, on private property.

Yes, as a gift to another adult 21 or older, within the possession limits, as long as nothing is exchanged for it. No money, no trades, no services. Selling it without a license is a different story.
